Kim E. Ruyle’s stories come from a unique
perspective. A U.S. Army veteran with blue-collar roots, Ruyle went on to earn
multiple graduate degrees. he has written nine full-length plays, seven of
which have won awards and/or had multiple productions. In 2023, he received the
inaugural Network Playwright Award from Chicago Dramatists.
